This policy explains what the Anthony's Pizzeria Rewards app collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it plain, because you should be able to actually read it.
The short version. We collect your name, email, and phone number so your rewards work and our staff can find them at the counter. We don't sell your data. We don't track you across other apps or websites. We never see your card number — Stripe handles payments. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, at any time.

Only to run the App and the rewards program: to create and secure your account, keep your stamps and prizes accurate, confirm your membership, honor rewards at the counter, respond to problem reports, and prevent fraud and abuse of the rewards system (for example, someone creating many accounts to farm free pizza).
There is none. The App contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, and no tracking technology. We do not follow you across other companies' apps or websites, so the App does not need to ask you for tracking permission. We do keep simple first-party counts (like how many spins happened) in our own database to understand how the App is being used.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process data only to provide their service to us:
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, our staff, or our business.
We keep your account information while your account is open. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information and rewards data from our systems. We may retain a limited record where the law requires it (for example, transaction records for tax purposes), and Stripe retains payment records under its own policy.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information — including the right to request a copy, request correction or deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Contact us and we will honor them.
Information travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and is stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't promise absolute security — but we take reasonable measures to protect what you give us, and we never store payment card numbers.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page, and we'll tell you in the App if the change is significant. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
